7. Uses this site's community functions to harass or censure any person, group, or entity;
8. Violates intellectual property rights.

Furthermore you agree that you will not permit anyone else to display such words or images, or engage in such activity on any of this site's pages that you control (your profile, blogs, articles, private messages, group pages, etc.).

The above rules apply to your activity and content anywhere on this website, including articles, forums, profiles, blogs, groups, photos, videos, audio, etc.

Promoting Your Cause and Yourself

You may NOT use this site's community website functions, including private messages, to ask for money for yourself or any individual.

You may NOT use this website to promote websites, products or services unless you are an approved Business Associate. (See under Business Associate menu for more information on becoming one.)

Do not send messages containing promotions. Most members resent such messages, and if this site's administration receives complaints we will take appropriate action.

Rules of Conduct in this Site's Chat Room and Forums

This site's members represent a wide variety of spiritual orientations. All are welcome to participate in conversations in our chat and forum areas. When you participate in discussions, you may encounter persons whose spiritual paths are different from your own. We expect you to treat each participating member with tolerance, even though you may feel his/her particular spiritual path is wrong for you. The ideal for this website is to exhibit unconditional love for all regardless of the spiritual path one takes in getting to that supreme goal.

We will not censor members for expressing an opinion, within the limits of these Rules of Conduct. To maintain an inviting and safe community, and to be sure everyone feels free to express themselves, this site's administration has the right, but not the obligation, to remove or move any member generated content for any reason, without notice.

The Rules of Conduct below apply to public community areas of this site, such as forums, shoutboxes, chat rooms, public media, etc. While they do not necessarily apply to member controlled personal pages such as profiles, members may enforce these rules on their personal pages at their discretion.

Courtesy

You agree that you will be courteous to others, even when disagreeing, and even to those whose spiritual paths you think are incorrect for you. When having a discussion, express your opinion about a person’s ideas, not about them personally. Do not make negative personal remarks about another’s age, disability, gender, ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual orientation, intelligence, character, appearance, mental and physical health, education or any other personal characteristic.

Disruptive Behavior

You agree not to disrupt or interfere with discussions, forums, or other community functions.

Proselytizing

You agree not to make aggressive, repeated, or unwanted attempts to convert another member’s spiritual path.

Local Guidelines

You agree to observe the rules and guidelines posted for specific community areas.

Solicitation

You agree not to use this site's chat and forum areas to promote websites, products and services. If you want members to know about your products, services, or websites, then become an approved Business Associate and we will make sure your information is provided through the appropriate channels.

Spam

You agree not to repeat substantially the same content (including URLs) more than once in this site's chat and forum areas.

Copying Messages

You agree not to post or forward transcripts of email or other personal communication without the author’s express permission.

Use of Code

You agree not to upload or link to any other code, tags, scripts, animations, file or program. You agree not to post content that is visually disruptive.

Surveys

Researchers and writers who wish to survey this site's members must obtain permission from the administration before doing so.

Your Contact Information

You agree to provide a valid email address in your site profile at all times. (It will not be displayed to others.)

Impersonation

You agree not to impersonate or spoof this site's members, administrators, employees, moderators, independent contractors and volunteers.

Complaints

If there are problems, we want to know about them so that we can fix them. Please report complaints and problems appropriately. Do not post complaints on the site; they will be removed. The only appropriate way to report complaints is to use the “Contact Us” menu.

These Rules of Conduct apply to anything on this website, including posts, screen names, member profiles, discussion titles, or any other text or images.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of the above rules.

We have the right to re-use any member created content (along with the username of the site member who posted it) somewhere else on the site or in any other medium (such as in a book, in a commercial, etc.).
