We strive to provide prompt and correct service to all of our customers.
Our general policy is that all sales are considered final. However, if we made a mistake in processing your order we will make it right for you. If we happen to have made a mistake please take the following measures:
- Email the webmaster that there is a problem. The webmaster will send a confirmation of your issue. If there is indeed a mistake then the webmaster will ask you to do the following.
- Make a copy of the invoice.
- Enclose the invoice copy with the wrong items in their original condition and in the original packaging.
- Ship this package back to us using the same carrier and service as we shipped it to you.
- Once we receive the package we will immediately send out the correct items to you, and will credit you back the amount you spent shipping it back to us.
Downloads
Once you have paid for your download and have received your download link, you will have 72 hours (3 days) to download your item. If there is a problem or question with this process please email the webmaster and your concerns will be responded to as soon as possible.
